1 General Terms & Conditions

BAJ99 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the company") is an online entertainment and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and select regions. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between BAJ99 and you (the user).

By accessing BAJ99's services through our website, mobile app, or any other digital channel, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

Scope of Application

2 Account Registration & Verification

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Depositing and withdrawing on BAJ99 is simple, fast, and secure. We support Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services, though certain rules must be followed.

Deposit Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. In the event of a technical issue, it may take up to 30 minutes.
• All deposits must be made from your own payment account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• BAJ99 reserves the right to decline any deposit, particularly in cases of suspicious transactions.

Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. In some cases, banking processes may cause delays of up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your deposit.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if account verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• If you have an active bonus, withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirement has been met.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

BAJ99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page. The rules below apply to all bonuses.

General Bonus Terms

• To claim a bonus, you must meet the specific conditions of the relevant promotion.
• Each bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must meet the applicable wagering requirement (typically 20–30x the bonus amount).
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated.
• BAJ99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are for betting use only.

5 Betting Rules

All betting activity on BAJ99 is governed by the rules below. It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules before placing any bets.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Confirmed bets generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, BAJ99 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• BAJ99 is not liable for bets that fail to register during live betting due to internet connectivity issues.

Result Settlement

• Results are typically settled within 24 hours of the event ending.
• Bets are settled using official results. In the event of a dispute, BAJ99's decision is final.
• In the case of an Obvious Error, BAJ99 reserves the right to correct the result.

Maximum Win Limit

The maximum amount you can win on a single bet depends on the event type and market. Specific limits are shown in the relevant betting market. BAJ99 reserves the right to set maximum win limits on any bet.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BAJ99. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and any remaining funds may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Using another person's identity or payment details.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal transactions.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated system.
• Using insider information to fix matches or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on behalf of or for a minor.

7 Responsible Gaming

BAJ99 believes betting is entertainment, not an addiction. We encourage all members to game responsibly, and offer a range of tools and features to help with that.

Self-Control Tools

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a limit on how much you are willing to lose within a given time period.
• Session Limit: Set a time limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period (1 day to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Take a long-term break from betting (6 months to 5 years).
